For the moment I called to my insurance company the doctor came in my place within 2 hour. He too care of me very well and actually helped me back to home. He left me a medicines and full instruction how to use it. He stayed with me for 3 hours to make sure that medicines are worked. While I was in travel He still was in touchpad with me on what's app and chek how the journey is going and how I feel. With insueance or without if you need medical help in Bali as a tourist i can recomend them with pure heart.

I had a severe case of Bali Belly in the middle of the night with non-stop vomiting, cramps, and dehydration. The doctor from Optima Medical came directly to our villa within very short notice. He was extremely professional, caring, and thorough with the examination. The IV drip therapy and the prescribed medications helped me recover very quickly. What impressed me the most was their amazing follow-up care via WhatsApp over the next few days to make sure I was feeling better.
